Activity History

The History page provides a complete audit log of all account actions - including creating, editing, updating, and deleting profiles and groups. Each entry records the IP address, a detailed description, the username who performed the action, and a timestamp.

What Is Tracked

• Profile actions - Create, edit, update, delete, open, close
• Group actions - Create, rename, delete, move profiles between groups
• Account changes - Plan upgrades, member additions, settings changes

Why Use History

• Security auditing - Verify that no unauthorized changes were made to your profiles.
• Team accountability - See which team member performed each action.
• Troubleshooting - Trace back when and how a profile was modified if something goes wrong.
